I’m a certified personal trainer, group fitness trainer, Kundalini yoga teacher, motivator and boy mom who's got degrees in psychology and mental health counseling. I’m grateful for my education, but the golden ticket for me has been my life experiences. Fitness was my focus until the devastating loss of my mother in 2019 prompted a journey of self-healing.
For over a decade, I’ve been supporting clients to find strength in their struggles, set boundaries, exercise to feel good and give them the tools to prosper physically, mentally and spiritually.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Certified Integrative Trauma coach. As a former collegiate and league level rugby athlete for over 10 years, physical fitness has always played an important role in my life. However, I still felt that my struggle to understand and connect with my emotional self was holding me back from becoming a better man, dad and husband. That’s when I began a deep healing journey that would initiate what I call my “midlife awakening”, where I discovered a profound appreciation for a holistic approach to wellness, blending physical strength and emotional resilience.
Now, I’m dedicated to empowering clients with the skills to build a resilient body and improved mindset, living a more fulfilling life.
